TCM Massage Class

Massage is an important means of disease prevention and health care. This course introduces 18 kinds of massage techniques and the functions of head, hands, chest, abdomen, back, feet and other important parts, as well as common colds, headaches, insomnia, stomach pain, constipation, rhinitis, cervical spondylosis, low back pain, rheumatoid arthritis, etc. Self-massage therapy, and the application of manual therapy is explained in detail with illustrations. During the course, students need to practice with each other, so as to combine theory with practice and apply what they have learned.
